Church Planting
If you want something to last a lifetime -Plant trees!
If you want something to last for eternity- Plant churches!
This workshop will explore ways that we can connect across barriers of faith without compromising our evangelical fervor. We will examine how we can be involved with reaching out to people with the love of Jesus.
Kevin and the “Church Planting Coaches” team is an international network of experienced cross-cultural church planters and frontier missionaries who are providing coaching, mentoring, and field-based training to the burgeoning number of YWAM church planting teams working among the remaining unreached people groups of the 10/40 Window and beyond.

Evangelism
Dealing with the Great Omission
It can be scary, intimidating and sometimes awkward to invite someone to church and tell them about Jesus.
Danny L. has decades of practical experience in sharing the divinity and humanity of Jesus to everyone he meets. He will explain why looking at the person of Jesus is "one of our greatest shortcuts to evangelism." He is the author of "Before You Hit the Wall" which is about spiritual discipline and "Beautiful Feet" which is a practical ministry tool for those involved in evangelism.

Worship/ Performing Arts
Workshops are created to encourage an understanding of the possibilities of pursuing a career in the arts. We believe that God created the Arts and that they can all be redeemed to the glory of God. A ministry that utilizes the arts to impact the world outside the church will cultivate growth within the church. Be challenged and join us as we dance, sing, and worship the Lord with all our heart, strength and mind.
Danny B., Pan P. and the YWAM Performing Arts Ministry seek to use the arts to share the Gospel of Christ in Thailand, Southeast Asia and beyond. Typical projects include recording and releasing original Thai Christian music, (contemporary pop and worship music), video projects, dance, holding worship seminars and concerts, and "worship evangelism". We are passionate about redeeming traditional Thai art, music and culture for His glory!

Medical Missions
Reaching out in Love
Christ's healing ministry dramatically demonstrated his victory over disease, suffering and death, reversing the consequences of the Fall. This illustration is widely understood because people of most times and cultures associate sin and suffering.
Dr. Geoff A. has been using his medical talents in Asia since the 1970’s and was recognized at one time as the foremost expert in rare Asian diseases. Dr. Geoff will offer practical suggestions in how to get involved in ministering to the physical & spiritual needs of hurting people.

Community Health Evangelism (CHE)
Community Health Evangelism (CHE) is a multifaceted ministry strategy which brings together Jesus' Great Commission (Matt. 28:19-20) and the Great Commandment (Matt. 25:37-40). The CHE strategy has the goal of establishing a development ministry which integrates physical and spiritual ministries to meet the needs of the whole person (physically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally). This is accomplished primarily by training community members to be involved in their own development and to become healthy in every area of their life.
Jesse Y. along with Nathan and Bethany S. will lead this workshop using real life examples based on experience and provides tools for the exploration in one's own setting. We will see how we can get involved through training and equipping others to not only do development projects but to do a community-wide program that is sustainable, multipliable, and ongoing after we leave.

Community Development Education
Fine counsel is confusing, but example is always clear.
For the past two decades, Philian lead and teamed with organizations and churches in community development, the academe and church work in Northern Philippines, India, Micronesia and Nepal. It is with a strong commitment to the ministry of Jesus Christ emphasized in Isaiah 61 and 58, that the social gospel is an integral part of evangelism. In the workshop she will be sharing Biblical principles and field experiences in community development focused on education and training.
Member care
It is like refreshing water. It renews us and develops our strength.
Member care is an essential component for all mission work. How can a missionary serve effectively if they are hurt and wounded by a cruel world around them?
Member care is the ongoing investment of resources for the nurture and development of mission/aid personnel. It focuses on every person who is involved in mission/aid, including children and home office staff. Member care is also concerned about the health and effectiveness of sending groups themselves.
Ah Kie L. Ph.D will offer wisdom and tools for “helping the helpers.”
- Self-Care.
The importance of taking care of one-self on the field for the long haul. - Community Care

Business As Missions (BAM)
To equip Christian entrepreneurs flowing their ultimate destiny, assisting them to have an impact on society and to disciple nations through Kingdom Business
Business activity itself can be the mission work. Kingdom businesses are for-profit businesses that meet spiritual, social and economic needs. Kingdom business professionals can demonstrate the gospel in action and provide a powerful platform of respect for the furtherance of the gospel.
They provide work opportunities for those who are desperately lacking them. Their companies produce valuable goods and services. They create long-term value for all stakeholders: employees, partners, customers, investors and community members. And they effectively further the gospel in the local community in which they operate at no cost to the local or worldwide church.
By speaking truth and living out their faith in the workplace, they are able to lead many to Christ. They consider their work in business as ministry, not as a support or access vehicle for ministry. Kingdom business really is missions.

BAM Article 1
Bible Reading
Reading the Word. The Bible was written to instruct and inspire believers toward faithfulness. Its message is best interpreted in the context of the community of faith. Meditation on the Bible imparts God’s wisdom as the Spirit clarifies the meaning of the words and directs the application. Bible reading involves careful submission to the text in its cultural context, be it story, law-code, poetry, wisdom, prophecy, miracle, or letter. Meaningful Bible reading focuses on Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah of the Old Testament, the Word of God in the New Testament, and the foundation of the church for all generations.
Stephen Jang will lead a session in hearing the Word of God.
Breaking barriers with our Neighbors
Some Christians are called to live in unreached and restricted areas of the world. Join us in tracks that will help to explain practical information about other religions.
